There is a slight different from playing in Brazil and playing in the top european leagues. The level is just higher, nothing to be discussed here. Messi, Ronaldo etc... Has proven to be effective in strong leagues and in CL.

in terms of overrated, as in evaluated by the media / fans, i'd say it's welbeck from this list.

also muniain doesn't belong on this list. he's hardly ever mentioned by anyone when it comes to the best young players and he had an outstanding last season, showed very much promise imo...
