He already had a yellow card and went to block the player who had the free kick, while it could have been overlooked, this time it wasnt... and he got a yellow card....

When you are earning so much money per week, to do this is kind of childish... Guardiola would have given the player a fine for doing things like that and risking valuable points.

It's a soft yellow yes, however it's a rule that is not being used consistently.

That is true yes, but one would argue that the rule has been in placed for a LONG time and MANY players have received a Yellow for that in the past (Perhaps is not as consistent as it should be) but then again we are all human, and everyone has a different point of view (and while the referees) should all be in the same page when it comes to following the rules, some stuff is still left to their judgement.

Either way, it was still a Draw and it was early in the season, I'm pretty sure Arsenal can still keep up with Manchester City and I'm sure Rice won't make the same mistake again in the future. (especially if he already has a yellow)
