£24M + £6M for Ramsdale? Bizarre how he’s went from being sold by Sheffield United for 900k to Bournemouth, bought back for £18M and now sold on for potentially £30M. Nothing about him screams anything other than serviceable

Not sure tbh. The 6m has to be paid if we enter european competitions regularly and he's our No 1 apperantly.
As per his talent, he's been the clubs player of the season for two seasons in a row and is still young so he can improve. I don't really mind the transfer for that fee. Plus he's homegrown aswell.

to be fair, chelsea could definitely compete for the title this year, while i'll be shocked if arsenal make it into the top four - so losing to them is not really a surprise imo.

for this season imo:

t1: city, liverpool, chelsea
t2: united, tottenham
t3: arsenal, leicester

Don't think so, loss against brentford was bad but playing Chelsea this season isn't a good way to measure it. I expect us to lose against City too.

Chelsea were the better team absolutely and we got outplayed in the first half, but for once the players didn't give up and that's positive.

Lokonga was decent too, really happy with that deal.

Not scoring a single goal in 2 games is a big red flag.
