However I think they'll fail. I don't see how an attacking line with Neymar-Suárez-Messi will work out. Plus Suárez scores a lot of goals, and thet might not make Messi happy... one of them will eventually be pushed out to a position they don't like.
And the defense is still bad. Piqué has been bad these last 2 seasons, Alves is past it, Adriano is not good enough for Barça... Song is still in the club... and they've sold Alexis, who was their best player last season along with Pedro.
They were supposed to do a major cleanup and only got half of it done.
Instead of spending 80M€ on a top striker and 20M€ on an old average defender, they should have done it the other way around. Sign a world class CB and a decent striker that can help the team but not score as much as Messi.
