There are reports Juventus have agreed personal terms with Sergio Aguero, but still need to convince Atletico Madrid.
According to Sky Sport Italia, the Bianconeri are making strong steps forward in their bid to sign the Argentina international.
It’s claimed they have agreed personal terms with ‘Kun,’ convincing him of the move to Turin despite their failure to qualify for Europe.
Juve could be favoured by the fact the other main contenders are Real Madrid, the bitter rivals of Atletico.
“We have to plan for next season and understand if we can count on him or not,” director Jose Luis Perez Caminero told Marca.
“The first club that reaches the buy-out clause can have Aguero. Excluding Real Madrid.”
There are still issues, though, as so far Juventus have offered only €35m rather than the €45m stipulated in his contract.
