How is that not a pen against Argentina? they gave the exact same thing against Portugal yesterday, which effected the group standings.

Accidental for sure, but idk handball is a handball if the arms are not being held against the body. Would have given pelan. It affected the outcome of the play, because it hit his arm while his arm was flailing open in the air, not tight against the body.
