the thing is, generally i would suggest to be a little bit more patient. introducing a new system is bound to create some controversy and confusion, both on and off the pitch - but ragarding this particular decision for example, it's nothing short of scandalous imo...
if they manage to make a wrong decision even WORSE, while confusing both teams and taking 5 minutes to do so, they unfortunately provide multiple, very valid arguments to the opponents of video replay assistance...

now werner is flagged offside despite starting in his own half. these idiots don't even know basic football rules. embarrassing... what a chance that would have been...
