My top 5 for the coming euro 2016 are:

England - England have a team of young and talented individuals which I think can be a huge factor for them to win.

Germany -they have an arsenal of accomplished attackers and masters of control

Spain - They will push hard to retain the title they won at Euro 2012

Belgium - They have a team of seasoned players like Eden Hazard and Thibaut Courtois, Kevin de Bruyne and Romelu Lukaku.

France - Home field, what can I say, LOL

I'm voting for Germany cuz they are a tournament team and they have incredibly skilled players

May not judge most of the other squads since I'm not observing the leagues the individuals play in.
