Even now u i'm not basing my point on that ranking. And I never have. But at least they got more sense to reward teams that do well in top competition. So let me get this straight: are u saying that a current Uefa league ranking is wrong? Would u rather have them reward EL winners better than last 16 CL teams? Besides, could u name a few teams from La LIga (besides the obvious 2) that could crack EPL Top-4?

Dodging my question for the 3rd time now.

Will you still claim PL > La Liga next season? Because even UEFA ranking won't support your point of view then!

I don't care about the rankings and yes EPL will be stronger than La Liga next year as well. The same as it was for quite a few years already. And it will continue to be so, as long as Spain won't have more than 2 teams capable of performing on the highest level.

Next year as well? As well as this year (one club in CL semis, blowout in EL)? As well as last year (1 club in CL finals, raped by Spanish club - blowout in EL)? As well as the year before (not even one club in CL semis!). Open your eyes, even your 2nd place mentality doesn't apply to the past few years!
How is a league that does not even have 2 teams capable of performing on highest level and none performing on a slightly lower level better than a league that has 2 teams capable of performing on the highest level and several more performing great on a slightly lower level?

Goes to show you're just a fanboy after all, immune to facts and arguments!

Well, since u put it this way: name Spanish teams outside of Barcelona, that was capable of performing in CL in recent years? And don't get started with that EL shit, unless u think that not being good for CL indicates quality.

"EL shit"? So if EL is shit, what are United and City then? Because this "shit" just shit on them! Also don't make it sound like Barca is not a Spanish club, does not represent La Liga. Unless in English top clubs there is actually a majority of domestic players playing in their team. You are so biased, it would be funny if it wasn't so sad!

The truth is still:

La Liga will win the Cups, take over the #1 spot in UEFA rankings again and build up a new generation of excellent Spanish youth players while Premier League can gloat about the number of CL quarter and semi finalists they had several years ago, buy foreign stars for foreign oil money and cripple England's slim chances of winning anything in the near future in the process.

Dodging again I see. Why do u have to constantly bring up Barca? Does anybody dispute their status as European powerhouse? Don't think so... Still, I'm waiting for ur so called "facts" which will prove, that Spain has got more than 2 top teams (something, nobody disputes). When was the last time they had 4 strong teams in best club competition? And it's even funnier, when u consider the fact that for past 6 or 7 years even Real can't compare to any Top-4 EPL club in terms of CL performance.

I'm not dodging at all. You're just trying to put up a question excluding all sorts of possible answers - that's how desperate you are! "Don't mention Barca, don't mention EL."
You know the facts but you don't want to face them!

On the one hand you say EPL is best because it has so many teams competing on a high level on the other hand they don't win it, and the rest of the league is too weak to do anything in EL.

Also that year you had "4 strong teams in the best club competition" - who won it? "Premier League strong" is not strong enough for "La Liga strong". And "Premier League rest" is not even close to "La Liga rest" as EL clearly shows.

And it's not only that you try to exclude possible answers. Your question is completely redundant - what you want to know from me is something you can easily look up and I won't even have to ask you to specify what you mean by "performing". Also the answer you are looking for is one that's meant to support your (imo weak) point of view which is having more teams in semis is better than winning the title more often. And I already acknowledged the fact Premier League had more several times:

La Liga will win the Cups, take over the #1 spot in UEFA rankings again and build up a new generation of excellent Spanish youth players while Premier League can gloat about the number of CL quarter and semi finalists they had several years ago, buy foreign stars for foreign oil money and cripple England's slim chances of winning anything in the near future in the process.

In a nutshell: Worst question ever! But obviously you have to resort to this kind of question since you only have that one point and that was already 3 years ago! ;)
