Well this was obv a pen.... both arms around the player and then he forced him down.

If another referee in a different game didn't call a similar or worse situation, than that's the other referee being bad.

You just can't wrap both arms around a player and force him down and expect nothing from it just because a different referee in a different game didn't call it.

and even if he's not actually forcing him down, putting both arms around him makes it look like it
