But I think this is a different scenario than the Torres one.

Torres was a bit out of form, his game was lacking creativity and invention since coming back from injury and he was quite down. Suarez on the other hand has never been more livelier! He's enjoying his football, scoring for fun, has massive support from his fellow teammates and fans and is in a very good place right now. There's no telling what may happen, but I would like to think that the player's attitude is showing great signs of staying.

I guess all the cards will be laid out when Real does come knocking.

Edit: And also league position during the January window and where we are come the end of the season.

It's like the beginning of the season, they can perform well ofc but I see Liverpool having those less moments where they lose a few matches. Much like arsenal in all honesty.

Don't get me wrong, would love a title race just between Arsenal and Liverpool, but I doubt it will happen

Exactly. So far. 1 injury to Suarez and the points are gonna start dropping harder than our intelligence when waw posts anything. I hope everyone can stay healthy, for everyone but it's just so unlikely.

I really hope we won't choke against Cardiff tomorrow, that would be typical Liverpool, like we did against Hull.

Also, I can't remember me being so excited about the matches as I am at the moment, really a joy to watch us play when everything is working and Suarez does his thing
