I do rate De Gea higher, although not "much higher". I know De Gea is more of a proven player, but imo we're safe with Keylor and he has earned the right to have a chance to prove himself this season. If things go wrong we get De Gea for free next year.

But even though De Gea is more proven than Keylor, I think that in this particuar case it might actually be a bigger risk to have De Gea play for us atm. With Keylor being a fan favourite anf De Gea a mercenary protected by the unpopular Florentino with a past a the city rivals, he would be under immense pressure and there will be fans that will jump on him as soon as he makes a blunder.

Keylor is loved here and he will be supported no matter what. Not only because of his behaviour and performances, but also because he now symbolizes a big fuck-you to Florentino. If he can get past the way the president tried to force him out, then he will definetely do well for us.

Utd set a ridiculous price. Not a fair one. And it amuses me greatly when all of you think Rael Madrid has to submit to the spanish football federation, when it was clear ages ago Rael can bend it and give it a good time whenever they want.

I expect this transfer to go through, regardless of rules.

If i were florentino i would just offer rumors and numbers to best utd players from now on to unsettle them. Every player in the world would chose the blancos over Utd, at any given time, the fact that you now have hired a crazy manager just makes this claim a little bit more obvious.

Oh, and also lose because you guys didnt get Keilor, that is 10 times better than romero.

Tell me how many goal keepers are actually better same level than De Gea or Keilor.

Let's see, there is Neuer, Buffon, Cech, Courtois hmm Hart can have a good day, Krul is doing well last few matches, Ter Steegen has the potential for sure. And thats just off the top of my head.
