not sure how posting an observation is "trolling", or are you also glad Florentino got rid of Xabi mid season? I don't see how that benefits mardrid in any way possible.

Your post is the only one that isn't trolling and yet you still know why you have posted it..
Ofc it was a bad decision.. one of many throughout the years, but we've learned to live with them.

The main issues with Madrid this season was the fact that Xabi and/or Florentino decided to NOT to renew Modric due to his age... but they also did not get another midfielders (Yeah Guler is good but he lacks experience) and that's something that Modric/Kroos gave the team... where as Brahim Diaz, Mastantuono or Guler have not been able to do (Camavinga and Tchouameni are basically CDM) so Real Madrid lacks a playmaker at the moment.

The other problem Madrid has right now is they should have gone for another CB (While the injuries have not helped this season with Militao/Alaba/Rudiger), you also have to add that Asencio is by NO MEANS a starting player (at least not at the level of Rudiger or Militao IF they were on form) and Dean Huijsen has also been underperforming. If you add this to the issues with the LB/RB they have (Carreras is probably the most consistent) out all of them... Mendy/Carvajal and Fran Garcia are probably not going to continue at Madrid at the end of the season, Mendy is always injured and Carvajal (even with his history) its probably time to say farewell, as for Fran Garcia... he is not a level of Real Madrid IMO (as with Asencio).

Then you have Vinicius who is a BIG problem for Florentino... and UNLESS a new Manager comes in (Not Arebeloa) and makes him focus on his gameplay, he will be SOLD, there is NO WAY he is going to be paid the same amount as Mbappe and as with recent history, Florentino wont let that slide... same thing happened with Cristiano at one point and Cristiano has to leave as well...

You also have players like Rodrygo who at the end of the last season was rumored to be SOLD but stayed in Madrid and was basically benched for a god portion of the season (Horrible decision this Rodrygo can add a lot to Madrid).

There will be a lot of changes this summer and I'm guessing at least 6-8 players will leave Madrid, I'm wondering who the next manager will be and IF fForentino will continue being the president at Madrid next season.

It's just bad luck that the goalkeeper went up for a header and scored in the last minute

You aldo had 6 players defending vs 8 (after Rodrygo and Asencio got Red Cards) Mbappe and Vinicius should have go and help defence on that corner (they were already 3-2 sure) and perhaps a possible counter attack but given that it was already +2 extra minutes after the original +5 minutes, I don't think they had enough time for a counter attack.

One more for the collection. They still haven't received any yellow cards for diving throughout the entire match… it's clear they do it because they have free rein to try and get a penalty.

Is anyone keeping count? https://twitter.com/Observer_fb/status/2018019814736810182

They play by different rules. Penalties, cards, everything. That's a minimum of four matches.

I laughed at this, its funny because this is how Real Madrid used to defend during the Mourinho Era... now he gets a taste of his own medicine...

This is even worst in La Liga... every weekend if its not a Penalty... its Red Card for the other team....

This statistic is devastating: In the matches Real Madrid hasn't won this season, they've only been awarded one penalty, and that was in the draw against Girona. When they're not awarded a penalty, they don't win, it's that simple. No penalty, no party: https://x.com/grok/status/2025373117262987317
