Even for that $$$$ Neymar would prove a good signing.

However he won't ever leave. He could get rumors started the Rooney way to force a raise, but doubt it is the case here. He could simply ask the club for more cash, they'd give him. Atm on 8.8 million EUR salary. I expect that to get near to 10 at the end of the season, if he is in top form yet again.
