you might want to brush up your geography skills, mate - you obviously have no clue where trinidad & tobago is. here's a hint: it's about 2000 km east of panama which is already the closest of the countries you mentioned... that's more like scotland and italy hosting a euro together, or spain and poland...

Yeah, it's indeed a joke that they don't rotate the host nation... but do the other countries in the CONCACAF (aside from Mexico and Canada) have the proper stadia to host an event with 12 teams?

They should at least rotate between US, Mexico and Canada though

Whenever the US hosts it, they host games in Canada as well, the Use the MLS stadiums for Toronto, Mont, Vancouver, etc.

The other countries, aside from Mexico would not be able to host it because they dont have the stadiums and the stadiums they do have, have awful pitches. It is always a huge problem whenever WC qualifying comes around and The US has to play an away game at their stadiums. The pitch is visibly horrendous, almost like playing at a park

People tend to forget how small European countries are.

Mr. Pompous attitude strikes yet again. How surprising that you only respond when small errors arise. Keep it up Heimlich.

yes they do. although it's kinda stupid it's also somewhat understandable given how vast the distances in north america can be. however, when you make a point that specifically addresses that issue and excludes the big countries with the huge distances you better get your sh*t straight or you look like a retard...

you're getting schooled again and showing your typical reaction: personal attack. no need to get so sad and butthurt about it... AGAIN...

and this "small error" just made your whole point invalid so yeah, better keep b*tching about me because that's certainly easier than geography...
