Yup, it's the same thing every Copa América, because even the WCs have european friendly scheduling when held on american soil... last year the latest WC games were at midnight... except for a Japan vs Ivory Coast I remember staying up for which kicked off at 3 am.

I'm excited. I'm sick of living here, I associate my beliefs a lot more with what I've seen is the European lifestyle.
