well, could be anything really, some minor ankle joint injury for example.
i just thought how he went down and instantly knew it's over, how costa immediately noticed it (those achilles tendon ruptures are pretty loud), and how painful it looked it could be that, we'll see...
apparantly he had chronical achilles issues already. aint looking good ...
