Ok this is the official reason they were all sent out:

ref's report says:

Rui Farías: "sarcasticaly applauding my decisions"
Mourinho: "leaving his area and arguing my decisions"
Sergio Ramos (we all saw why, nn explanation)
Özil: "sarcasticaly applauding my decisions"

There were no insults during the match, however the ref's report also states that Pepe "heavily insulted me" on the way to the locker rooms after the match, so he will probably get a bann for that aswell.
