Rooney did not have a good game today, still seems like hes working out some kinks from holiday. Enjoy the control united have on the game now, the past two seasons, i didnt feel safe in possessing the ball, but this season I do. Would really like to see Mata slot in behind Rooney, and put depay and someone else out wide.

Also, I would not mind in potentially playing some sort of 4-3-3 with carrick-schwein-schneiderlin in the middle together, I feel that would give some pretty good stability. Just needs a bit more speed and creativity going forward and united will look good.

Another poor game, but at least we're very solid defensively now, 2 clean sheets and the opposition had barely any chances in these two games.
