Usa has never been that, hence United's financial policy of late
Another thing is because Barca is so ingrained in Catalonia if its ever going to be independent as a nation well the club has to be basically teflon (it already is imo)

bayern did the same with the stadium, the plan was to be fninished in 2028 afaik, but last year we paid the entire rest with a new sponsoring deal
saved millions of euros of interest to be used for the team

A good mix of debt and equity in a business is very very healthy for growth

Equity is actually more expensive than debt in most if not all cases

I`d much rather have saurez, win CL and pay rates for a 90 mios loan than have xabi alonso and pepe reina and paying higher taxes than those rates
