This. With the purchase of Ozil and Sanchez I really was thinking Arsenal made a step forward, but the end result is a disaster. It's certainly the weakest Arsenal team in years and I don't see any sign that might be encouraging. Wilshere? Dunno.. tbh, he has been injuried so much, I wouldn't rely on him too much.
