He's actually one of the smartest guys on that show. His first appearance might have been completely spontaneous and heartfelt, but after that he seems to have given out perfectly calculated performances and created a business around his character (hired an agent, appears on tv, had his whole social media platforms refurbished, etc). Not saying there's no real anger or disappointment in his rants anymore, but they do feel artificially enhanced, because he knows he's supposed to put on a little show to keep the cash flowing. He knows very well what he's doing.
So I definitely wouldn't say he's retarded... just a massive cunt. I still usually have a laugh with what he says, because he can come up with some funny jabs sometimes, but I think he's a pos. Personally I like DT more, as he does seem more legit in his rants. The rest of the guys are mostly retards indeed... some of them like Claude or Ty I actually feel sorry for, because they seem like they are really messed up in the head.

Agreed. Even though I have fun with some of the rants on that channel, it's disgusting that a "fan" TV makes money like this. If I were a gunner, I'd feel like they are dirtying the club's name.
