must be convenient when you can say all the obnoxious, boastful, arrogant, and dismissive shit you want and when called out for it just claim 'it's british humour / you don't get it / you can't take a joke'.
especially when in reality british humour is (rightfully) famous for the exact opposite: being self-deprecating, witty, dry, laconic, understating... and statements excused as 'typical british' in this forum would be made sarcastically after losses, not after wins. guess being america's b*tch for so long takes its toll...
