i'm specifically refering to those two situations, where the softer one resulted in a penalty for bayern, while they were not punished for a much clearer foul. there is no 'conspiracy theory'. conspiracies are your baseless accusations after the two close decision in the last two bundesliga matches and bayern's management's reactions whenever the refs don't favour them. it's literally all in this thread, maybe you should start 'celebrating' and stop being such a hypocrite...
