cutting boateng i understand to 100% - this might be the first time i've seen löw actually adhering to his own 'i only nominate players who perform well' philosophy.
hummels i understand to 60%, he's clearly not in top form but he's still a good cb. considering we don't have any other really established cb (süle is obviously first choice now), i don't know if it's smart to leave him out completely - could still be valuable as leader / mentor, but fair enough.
booting müller, however, is outright ridiculous. he might not be that prolific of a goal scorer anymore but his workrate, assists, mentality, and unconventional ideas and style are really valuable. not starting him (every game) i completely agree with, but leaving him out of the team entirely is just retarded and not even justified by current form.
Low kicked Hummels/Boateng/ muller ?
Best decision in the history of a national team.
Muller is stealing a living for the past 3(?!) years.
Boateng declined massively since the Messi rape. I still wonder how the fuck a top rated cb can decline so fast without any massive injuries.
As for hummels, i dont consider hima bad cb, but i do think he was massively overrated when he came to bayers. Media was hyped like he was some sort of a Beckenbauer, which he obviously isnt.
A better than a regular decent cb in an awful form. Getting the boot is legit.
Low has proven once again that he really knows his trade.
