özil is in bad form atm, no doubt about that - but if you REALLY think he's a player who doesn't have the quality to demand a huge contract, however, if you REALLY don't see what the guy has already done for arsenal and germany, you're clearly in hate mode again.

The issue with arsenal is there mentality going into big matches. Wenger 100% needs to go he's a legend but he fails to motivate his players.

Sanchez deserves to be in a team with the same fight as him. Ozil is over rated his work-rate is terrible.

I would say 85% of the team needs to go.

Huge contracts demand huge performances in huge games, something Özil is unable to do 95% of the time.
