I would like to see him in Barça. 3-4-3 system with 3 cb like Mathieu, Piqué and Rojo.

That's his problem, he makes way to many sliding tackles causing opposition to break free when he messes up.

No.
At the moment, Evans is probably 4th choice central defender.

While he was a very promising centre back a few seasons ago, he just didn't progress much and his attitude is apparently very poor.
