Depends on his cb partner. Hummels biggest flaw is lack of speed, tho his partner should be rather quick or some1 with pace. Smalling is?

Hummels and Smalling sound like a partnership that could work. Hummels/Boateng working so well, because their skillsets matching 100 %.
