Let's see who they get... tbh I think it won't be easy to find a good replacement for Luis Enrique. He may not be a tactical mastermind and it's true that he was really stubborn about certain players, but he had authority over the players... and it's not easy to control that dressing room.

anything particularly bad about barcelona or why are you saying this? messi? you think they are worse than other teams with tons of stars and egos somehow?

Well, dressing rooms with big stars are hard to control in general. We saw with Tata Martino that without discipline they'll become lazy and unmotivated. If Messi completely runs the place then it will be bad for them.

Also, without the right manager I could see ego problems arising between Messi and Neymar. Neymar is happy for now, but he obviously enjoys being the star of the show... he has been in great form these last 2-3 months, and if he keeps progressing like this then eventually he might not be happy being the eternal sidekick. It happened between Dinho and Eto'o and it could happen again.

Yeah, in these kind of clubs I think it's more important to have someone who can handle egos than someone who is a great tactician.

Can we just appreciate Navas for a second? Last night he made 2-3 great saves, any of them could have been goals, but he was fantastic last night. B)

Pepe, James and Coentrao are almost certainly gone. Mariano will be either sold or loaned, for sure.

Danilo might be sold/loaned since he hasn't been good enough, but there aren't really any rumours (at least not yet).

Morata and Lucas Vázquez don't want to leave, but they want more playtime to make sure they make it to the WC. I can see them staying if they are promised a more prominent role, and in any case I really doubt that they'll both leave (maybe just one of them, and maybe just on loan).

e: and there's a chance of Keylor being replaced with De Gea too ofc, becuase Florentino is a stubborn retard. But rumours have been quiet lately, so I'm pretty confident he will stay.

Yeah, he's a good lad. If he leaves it will be to somewhere where he can play as a starter though, so definitely not Bayern.

I'd like him to stay and play more. Benzema has been good this month, but invisible during pretty much the rest of the season despite resting while everyone else was at the Euros, Olympics or Copa América... in many games it was like playing with 10 men and it was ridiculous to see him start every single week. I don't mind Karim being the regular starter, but if we have a guy like Morata on the bench then he has to be replaced when his form drops. I really hope Morata plays more... la Roja needs him to score goals and be confident for the WC.
