Vidal and Pirlo left last summer with Pogba set to take on a bigger role, Marchisio too and Khedira was signed on a free and I didn't really have much expectations. Although I was amazed that Juventus signed him for free, it was difficult to imagine him doing what Vidal did. But along with Pogba and Marchisio having the best seasons of their careers respectively, Khedira was amazing.
