winning possession is a crucial part of the game and its a solid stat
passing stats for example heavily depend on the particular game, you can have 90% completed passes and still be trash, same with "key passes"

however when a guy wins more balls than any other player in midfield, more than kante, casemiro and other class midfielders, then this player must be pretty good ^_^
