Easily so imo.

* Oezil is no where near as good as he was 2010-2014
* Mario Goetze is a shit choice of striker
* No Philip Lahm, who's consistently been one of the greatest defenders in the world for the last 10 years
* No Klose, Germany's all time top scorer
* Draxler is decent, but no Poldoski circa 2006-2012
* Schweinsteiger is shit now, no where the player he was 2008-2014
* Khedira is useless these days... used to be one of the best defensive midfielders like in 2010-2014
* Joachim Loew.. is well Loew.

At least Hummels & Boateng have never really been better, and Neuer is still probably the best GK in the world. Mueller still fantastic even though no goals so far.
