I just saw that Ramos isn't ridiculously expensive. Should I buy Ramos, Marcelo, and Joe Hart to replace Cech, Luiz, and Clichy? What do y'all think?

I went and spent like 10 minutes looking for the waldstadiom because last year no rain and I swear to god it only rains there now.
