the call in game one was a gift for bayern and it's their own fault they didn't convert, agree 100% on this one. also, after javi had been sent off (absolutely justifiable btw), bayern was lucky not to concede even more goals.

tonight, however, it was a completely different story. the penalty vs. robben was clearly correct, while what you described as "the same" on the other side was a clear dive by a player who should have been sent off multiple times already...
and even with bayern being one man down (for again, a perfectly valid tackle), they held their own until madrid was gifted an offside goal that forced münchen to open up even more and killing their small chance of making it to the penalties at least.

i completely understand that you hate the club, being a die-hard fan of their city rivals, but your bias in this case is really ridiculous, why not just celebrate their exit without embarrassing yourself trying to make it sound like this was "deserved" tonight...

What an intense game! Electrifying rhythm for most of the 120 minutes. Shame the ref didn't have a consistent criteria judging penalties and red cards, 11vs11 (or 10vs10) would have made for a crazy ET.

I'm happy because the game was intense and exciting as fuck. If you are saying I shouldn't be happy because the linesman is blind, well I specifically said I was sad about that... just happy we are in semis again after an amazing matchup where both teams fought until the end.

Was an entertaining game, I don't know how Bayern fans feel though, that was an abject performance from them, they didn't look like they wanted to win at all, literally a dive for a penalty and crazy fluke own goal was all they could muster, they had a completely impotent attack which was shocking

When I saw that Robben dive for the penalty I felt sick that this prick might steal another result with his cheating nonsense, the Ronaldo winner was offside and Vidal should have been sent off much earlier for that nasty tackle and the game would have changed, but after that Robben dive I was officially rooting for Bayern to get smashed

As for Marcelo, I genuinely love watching him play now, the early years he was so erratic and a liability with flashes of attacking quality, but now he is such a matured, calm and skillful player, really is solid on both ends of the pitch, best left back in the world for sure

I don't think we will win it tbh,

No team has won 2 CLs in a row since 1990, and I really don't see how this Madrid is any better than many of the 26 teams that have come before and failed. Obviously I hope I'm wrong, but I doubt we will win it. It will be Juve or Atlético imo.
