Nontheless I don't believe he has what it takes to become a regular Bayern starter, not even in a few years when both Robben and Ribery have left.
Bayern will eventually get Brandt from Leverkusen ImO... he's been more consistent than Gnabry while at the same time being used to playing in the stronger, more tactic-oriented league and he has surpassed other German talents like Sané quickly.

Not sure if Bremen is the right club for him.. Relegationclub that wont rely too much on the attacking force

bremen is different in that regard, they have a tradition of offensive football while conceeding shitloads of goals
only 2 clean sheets in 34 games last season (on the last two matchdays ^^)
they really do need some attacking potential on the wings, outscoring opponents is their only hope
