4-3-2-1 would be better imo(get IF Ramires, he is a beast). I find counter attack the most fun way of scoring goals. Although shrek is not fast enough but IF Bale and IF Walcott will be more than ok. Go for 4-3-2-1 mate.
However, you should play 3-4-1-2 like a real man. Dede, Luiz, Lucio as defenders and 7 players with 5 star skill moves.
