"On the whole transfer market there is very little happening because of the availability of players. You can play huge amounts of money for average players - there are plenty of those - but to find the ones who will strengthen your squad, that is more difficult."

New season. Same old drivel.

What do you think of all the "little clubs out there" Everytime they manage to produce a somewhat decent squad a big club comes and buys their best players.

Personally, I think it's shit.

But it's the same everywhere. Do you think the utd fans enjoyed watching their quality academy players dominating better than watching them drop hundreds of millions on foreign flops?

When people talk about money ruining football it's definitely not all to do with jealousy, it's limiting an awful lot of players futures.

Manchester's acedemy players will be fine though, lot's of matches high quality training with older players to learn from.

Arsenal are not managing their best players properly it seems, how many are injured at this moment, or not deemed fit?

Ramsey
Welbeck
Merte

Starters with long time injuries. Arguably wilshere, but he's a living plauster
