Massive game for Leicester tomorrow against second place Burnley. Live on sky sports. Hope we can pull off a win on the back of two dreadful draws.

We are away to Brighton on the day that they legalize same sex marriage, in the gay capital of england...

Mallorca will be playing home against Recreativo de Huelva today.

Mallorca will be playing away against Recreativo tomorrow. Recreativo is leading the table in Segunda, with a 5 point lead over the 2nd placed (Murcia). So this is obviously going to be a very hard game for Mallorca, because they'll be facing a team that is in great form. We have been progressing over the last few weeks, but we're going to need to perform better if we want to get a good result.

That being said, it's quite surprising to see Recre up there after 10 games. The team is expected to finish in the lower end of the top half of the table... just reaching the promotion playoffs would mean the season has been great for them. So I don't think they'll manage to hold this first position up until the end of the season, but right now they are in great form and very difficult to play against.

Half a season later they are indeed dropping positions in the table. After spending the fwhole first half of the season in direct promotion spots, they are now 5th, in the playoff zone. This is a very important game for Mallorca, since both teams want to fight for promotion. Hopefully we carry on with our good performances and win a third consecutive game for the first time this season!

As a side note, I just realized I didn't give any background about Recre, so I'll just give some now:

Recreativo, founded in 1889, is the oldest football club in Spain, and because of this it is nicknamed "El Decano" (the dean). They've spent most of their history shifting between the 2nd and 3rd levels, although they managed to play a few years in top flight (mostly during the previous decade). They reached the Copa del Rey final once, in 2003, but my Mallorca boys took the trophy B)

Today is the first match of play off 3 OHL-Bergen

We need to win our home games, since i don't expect us to beat Bergen in an away game, in the regular competition OHL-Bergen ended 0-0 after OHL had a million chances but could not score.

What an amazing goal. Hope Vardy isn't too injured. But quality win, dominated the whole game all they could do was play the long ball and try and scrap something. Without Ings and Vokes they really have nothing.

Theoretically can be officially promoted in 3 games if we win them all and QPR fail to win one. Come on you Foxes!

finally a win again... 3:0 vs. a very strong augsburg side...
so we're still very much in the race for europa league, currently 6th but gladbach only 2 points behind with 1 game in hand (vs. hamburg at home so most likely 3 points)...

We have no real chance of the play offs, 11 points adrift with 21 possible points to go, but at least we can end the season on a high! Get a little bit more position related money too!

Mallorca 0-0 Recreativo

Very dissapointing result, now direct promotion is prety much over... we just need to focus on reaching the playoff zone and finishing as high as possible in it.

At least the team played well, Recre's keeper was easily the motm.
