The 15th place team gets a 3 point lead+home advantage, then we basicly play a league until one of the two teams can't catch up with the other one (could be after 3 games, 4, etc) then the winner of the play off plays vs top 4 (except first placed team) in second division to stay in the league.

It's a weird, complicated, and imho pretty retarded system.

Also, aren't the three 2nd level teams that go to the promotion playoff with the 1st level team, decided by how good they were during a certain phase of the league? As in, one qualifies for the promotion playoff after being the best during the first 12 weeks, then another one qualifies after being the best out of the next 12 weeks, and the last one qualifies after being the best out of the last 10 games?

Yup exactly, I was wrong by saying the top 4 teams challenged for promotion. It's a retarded system.

The sad thing is, half of the second division teams cant even get a license, so the teams that are normally going to the third division trough relegation, will stay in the second division if they can get a license..
