and thiago ^^

depending on how kovac will have us play, we do need some depth though tbh

Would've placed Thiago, James and Müller more into the 10position and therefore did not list him with the others competeing for the 6/8
but yeah, you could say that thiago is also on that list ^_^
then it's seven players for most likely two starting spots

James didn't play as a 10 for a long time. Against real he began next to Martinez before Robben injuried himself

Rummenigge in an interview today:
"We spectate everything, i don't exclude anything - not even a big transfer. We have a solid squad from defense to offense, there is few to no need. But if someone exceptionally interesting will be available on the market, we probably have to think about it."

Its a pitty that Jupp wasnt able to have him in his squad...

@Subbrot, its always the same crap, we will go most likely into the next season with the oldies + Gnabry and coman :/

yeah :/

Besides that he talked about Lewy:
What should motivate us to sell Lewandowski? I can just repeat that there are contract - and they are usually adhered at Bayern.
We had a similar case with Ribery years back were high amounts of money were involved. He was mad that we closed the door, but now, ten years later he is happy.

about Gnabry:
I like how Serge developed. When we signed him two years ago I was most likely the "spiritus rector". I always had a feeling he could become Bayern material when I saw him at the 2016 olympics. Bremen and Hoffenheim were important steps and he is not joining us to be a backup for anyone.

about Goretzka:
Leon has to compete in a very strong midfield. He an exciting player but still far from where he can get. He has the potential to become a world class player with Bayern. Gerland had him on his note since he was 17 and was always convinced about him.

about the loaded midfield:
We have the luxury problem that none of the contracts are expiring. While he don't have to sell anyone out of financial need, I will not exclude any possibilities.

Quote

Disclaimer: What i wrote above is not an exact translation, but more a summary.

Intersting that he actually said they signed Gnabry TWO years ago...
There have always been rumours that there Bayern actually bought him, but then it was officially announced as if Bremen had the deal with Arsenal.
But until now there was no official statement.

Tbh. i dont really believe anymore that Lewy will help us in big games...
If the right offer comes we should sell him BUT iam 99,9% sure that he wont be sold.

We talked tooo much about other players "blackmailing" clubs just to leave, Kalle promised that he wont be sold and i have BIG trust in our leadership.
I have a good feeling about Gnabry too but iam sure he is no CL semifinal - final Material YET.

Really looking forward to see Goretzka in our jersey
I still do hope that we will sign Dybala, we have very good relations to Juventus + Kalle mentioned him one year ago...

Two Interesting things:

1. According to ESPN, Bayern has offered 60m for Bailey BUT Leverkusen prefer to sell him to Real. However it looks like Bailey prefers Munich over Madrid, so 60m might be enough.
2. Alabas father: Real is interested in David, its no secret but its not the right time to talk about those things yet, the season didnt end yet. Lets see what happens this summer.

Looks like Davids father is aiming for a better contract for his son, looking to raise his wage :P David said weeks ago that he wont leave.
