Idk why Europeans use that as a sense of pride, yes it is cool I agree, but in all honesty you need to know that many languages. In the States we speak AMERICAN, jk English ofc,
the two countries closest to us (Mexico + Canada, for those of you who don't know what a globe is mister Vodka)Mostly speak English in Canada with a few Frenchies in there and Spanish in Mexico.
We only need to learn those languages in order to function perfectly with the people around us. Europe is much more diverse, I know shocking right?
So you're around it more, you get taught it in school, if you dont learn more than 3 languages you're on the same level of intelligence that waw is.
