Tbf the league doesn't need Leicester and Other than last year they aren't any competition to the top teams. Dortmund is the only team in Germany that could have possibly compete with Bayern.

And it's Wengers last year, so obviously wants to go out with a bang and doesn't want lil leicester getting in the way. Not much he can do about the other teams up there.

Edit: And let me know what Chambers has done since leaving Southampton where he played every week.

1. None of these have been confirmed, so this is pure speculation
2. Not confirmed its AW's last season
3. Mahrez, Vardy and Kanté all would get into the team
4. Chambers didn't play every single game for Saints, he has played more for Arsenal. (and he was bought as a young english talent, something Arsenal does alot)

Please don't start this bs saying we buy out competition from other clubs in the same league, we are the one club that almost NEVER does it.

And it's almost guaranteed Wenger's last season, it's common knowledge that at the VERY least Arsenal are trying to unsettle Leicester players. Wenger literally won't be able to do shit about man city/utd, chelsea and liverpool all improving but can 100% make sure leicester aren't as strong as this year.

Not doing it in the past isn't the same as not doing it now trying to chase one last hurrah.

And its not even being close as guaranteed that its his last season. His contract extensions always happen in his final contract year. This isn't a case of unsettling, I'm sorry but Leicester isn't the biggest treath there is in the BPL next season even tho they won it this season.

Not a single transfer has been official, I doubt we will get more than one player from Leicester (if even one).
