Tbh I would be surprised if this was true and wasn't in some way related to pearsons personal perceptions that he has about all his players which has caused him to fall out with knockaert for the same reason

Awful? Not really. Not many games we've actually been outplayed tbf. (I've watched EVERY game this season)

Cambiasso has been rotated over xmas, like a lot of older players in the premier league. He's definitely in our strongest 11 so not sure were the refusing to play him comes in.

I have watched most games and was at the tottenham game on boxing day.

He's played 90 minutes in the 3 games over Christmas. Hardly well rotated imo, Gerrard had twice that and cambiasso does far less work in a game
