It was deserved, although the ref should have stopped it earlier; I was just frustrated about the whole stupid scene.

I've said it here a lot of times, I really rate Jorge Jesus and I'd love to see him in one of Europe's top clubs. When Ancelotti left I said he was one of my preferred options for Madrid. I agree that Sporting has played really well in both games, and if they had fallen into an easier group indeed there's a good chance they would have proceeded.

About Bale, the club said his ankle is all swelled up and that he will undergo tests tomorrow. And about Nacho not starting... well, now that Ramos is back, Zidane will prefer to use him. The issue today was the midfield again... should be different once we have Casemiro back.
