It wasn't really a walk in the park, but Madrid was far superior. Without Casemiro and Augusto, the game had its chaotic moments were it could have gone either way, but Madrid was clearly the better team over all with a solid defensive line and Keylor, and a great Isco and deadly Cristiano.

I'm very happy with him, he does well most of the time, and he's pretty much just unlucky to be on the same team as Modric and Kroos. I hadn't heard any rumours about him being on the way out, I think it would be a mistake letting him go tbh. Not just saying this based on his current great form, but over all he has been better than what most people think imo.

He shines more when he's replacing Kroos than Modric imo.
