I am sad, but extremely proud. We were on the verge of going through, some of our boys have some potential, like Sallai or At. Szalai, and once Szoboszlai is fit to play again, we should be alright.

Hoping we can make it to the World Cup, that would be something huge.

No offense to the German team, but based on your performance / mentality, you should have been out. Nobody seemed hungry (no pun intended), I guess that happens when you are always performing at the top level, at some point you just don't get the same sweet feeling when going through / potentially going out.

none taken, i think you're spot on about the mentality, especially in players like sané. that said, the draw is already a result that flatters you somewhat. despite the lack of urgency and passion, germany was clearly the superior team, so saying they should have been eliminated because they didn't run their hearts out is a bit of a strange take - but maybe that's the understandable disappointment speaking. anyway, hungary did great, almost made it out of this insanely stacked group. you're right to be proud of that team, great spirit.
