"even if it wasn't deliberate" is "accidental" - why ask "or not" again? ofc a deliberate handball is a pk...

and if it's accidental it's not a pk provided he didn't have his arms in an "unnatural position" to increase the blocking surface or had a realistic chance of getting his arms out of the way and didn't do it...

Yea, I can't find anything on obstruction of ball movment by arm meriting a PK. So maybe i'm a little over my head.

Well in that video, his arms were in an unnatural position, but at the same time, he was breaking his fall.

Seems like there is too many factors and the ruling really could have gone either way. I am now convinced more-so that it wasn't 100% clear cut PK but as a fan, i'm still glad it was in our favor instead of against like in the World Cup.
