well, if Morata tells Real, i don't wanna go anywhere but to Juventus. Real is kinda "fucked". Either they get a deal done with Juve or it doesn't make much sense to buy him back.

Not sure how the personal terms are with Real, if they buy him back. Is he still under contract? He must be, else Morata could just decline anything from Real.

Well, I think the thing is, Real, in any case, has the right to buy Morata back which does make him under contract with the club- he doesn't seem the type to throw a fit or refuse to play, he is very mature despite being young.
But if he wants only Juventus, and Real Madrid insists on activating their clause, it really comes down to Juventus negotiating a fee with Real Madrid.

The crucial point is here, it is Juventus basically paying Real Madrid to retain a player they already have. Not to be confused with a loan with redemption contract, Morata is, in every way, a Juventus player. I don't know if I see Juventus paying further for Morata, it doesn't seem like a move the club would make.

With that being said, I would love it if Morata stayed.

So Koscielny is most likely going to be our new captain.

Absolutely love him off and on the pitch, but I don't think he's a leader we need as a captain. Ofcourse the role doesn't mean that much anymore, but I would rather have had Cech taken it.

Imo, goalies should never be captains. I don't think they can influence enough when things go to shit, only have to take one look at lloris and spurs to see it, great goalkeeper and probably a great leader, but can't do both at the same time.

Hmm never tought Lloris was a good leader tbf, it's one of his negatives.

The cool that Cech brought helped us so much at the back tho, other than that I don't see too many potential captains that play every single game for us.

Xhaka might be one for the future

You speak as if I watch either of those.

Ofc I mean in England, I can't really recall a goalkeeper captain I've been impressed with tbh.

I prefer someone who's in the middle of the field, so a cm or cam is perfect imo. Cbs can work too. We'll see how bosscielny works out
