I like this ref, even though it's not benefiting us in most occasions, he isn't stopping the game very often and tells the players to play on most of the time when they fall due to contact.

He's gaining fitness after his injury in the Euro final and his vacations. Officially he's still injured, but he probably could have had some play time today if it was really necessary (I believe he's not playing so that Portugal doesn't call him up for the international games, and he can rest further :P ).
