Partial could be ok, that could mean he does not need surgery and the rehab is much simpler
Depends on the severity though. Tore my ACL and partially tore my MCL myself so I consider myself an expert dingus at this

Kommander :(

How long ago was this bruv. And what kind of surgery, if any, did you receive?

May 2013 was my initial injury. It wasn't properly diagnosed so I re-injured myself in September of the same year, then a couple months after I found out and by that time it had functionally healed so I received no surgery.

Only thing it limits me from is playing soccer, like I could play but I'm like Achilles out there and I usually end up with a swollen knee for a couple of days.

Running has become my form of fitness/fun. PM me for more details bruv, I don't like to share my weaknesses, nor do I want to pollute this thread

5 is short for acl.

Took me 7 and 8 months after surgery for my left and right acls.

The first one was when i was 15. Second time i was 20. So yeah, only 1 year 4 months ago as im 22 now. Im just about to get back to my sports again.

Not for Partially torn. Fully torn ACL and Meniscus tear does take over 8 months.

Yeah, it sux.
Also still having troubles with my shoulder ligaments since an aggressive inline incident that popped both shoulders out of socket and beyond....

along with fkd up ankle that took 4 months to recover after a dude decided to put all his weight on my lower leg when i was in movement :/

I can't see anyone in my age having closely the same amount of injuries as I've had which needed surgeries or rehab.
Each time I see my physio terapist we make a promise I won't come back. But I do, every god damn year
